HIGH-VALUE HMO CONVERSION & LOFT STUDIO DEVELOPMENT

Location : Leeds Street

This feature project involved the transformation of a two-bedroom terraced property into a five-bedroom en-suite HMO, including the addition of a loft conversion studio, delivering a substantial uplift in both rental income and asset value.

We delivered an extension and full refurbishment of a five-bedroom home on Reynold Road, New Malden. The project included reconfiguring the existing kitchen to form a generous open-plan kitchen and living area, new bathroom installations, and upgrades across all principal living spaces.
